Installing
How do I install Ghost Defense TD on iPhone?
Open the game in Safari, tap the share icon, then choose “Add to Home Screen.” A native App Store version is in the pipeline.
How do I install on Android?
Open the game in Chrome, then choose “Install app” from the three-dot menu. A Play Store version is in the pipeline.
Does the game work offline?
Partially. Boot Camp runs offline. You only need a connection to send/receive ghosts, fetch matchmaking and post results to the leaderboard.
Account & ghosts
What are ghosts?
Ghosts are recordings of real players' runs — not AI, not bots. You play live; your opponent was recorded earlier.
What happens to my ghosts when I lose?
Nothing. Ghosts stay in your vault, ELO movement is moderate, and there is no penalty for trying risky loadouts.
Performance
The game stutters — what can I do?
Close background apps, disable battery saver, and update your browser. On older phones, lower the rendering quality from the settings menu.
Languages
Which languages are supported?
More than 40 — all EU languages plus the major world markets. Detection follows your browser; you can change it any time in-game.
Accessibility
Which accessibility features are there?
Full keyboard control, high-contrast colours, reduced motion via the system setting, scalable text. Screen-reader support is in progress.
Troubleshooting
I'm stuck — what now?
Boot Camp has an interactive tutorial. If a level is too hard, try an easier one or change your loadout strategy. Most levels reward defensive creativity over raw firepower.
